Article 3 (Retention Period)
Personal information is retained until the purpose is achieved; for inquiries, up to one (1) year after the response, then destroyed without delay.

You may refuse to consent to collection/use; refusal may limit our ability to process and respond to your inquiry.
Article 5 (Destruction)
